Day 1

Arrive Beijing

Your flight lands at Beijing, the capital of China. You are transferred to the hotel for well deserved rest and relaxation.
Day 2


Morning program begins with Tian An Men Square, the largest city square in the world. Then proceed to the Forbidden City, the residence of emperors for more than 500 years, housing numerous precious art objects. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace. It is a vast ensemble of lakes, gardens and palaces in Beijing. (B,L)
Day 3


This morning start tours to the Badaling Great Wall, a symbol of the Chinese ancient civilization. The longest man-made object in the world, this 2,000-year landmark is an astonishing feat of engineering. Visit Beijing Jade Carving Factory followed by lunch at its Friendship Restaurant. Afternoon, visit Sacred Way and Changling Tomb. Tonight, enjoy the famous Peking Duck Dinner. (B,L,D)
Day 4


In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven, the largest temple complexes in China and a paradigm of Chinese architectural balance and symbolism. Afterwards, visit the Lama Temple, the most renowned Tibet Buddhist Temple outside Tibet. Then enjoy a Beijing noodle lunch before transfer to airport for flight to Xian. (B,L)
Day 5


Today’s highlight is a visit to the Archaeological Museum with Cotta Warriors and Horses excavated from the tomb of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty. Then visit the Ceramics & Art Workshop. After a lunch with Noodle-making Demonstration, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and ancient City Wall. (B,L)
Day 6


After breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Guilin. Upon arrival, meet and check in the hotel. Afternoon, visit the Reed Flute Cave, known as “the Palace of Natural Arts” where you can see beautiful stalactites & stalagmites. You'll be free at leisure after visiting the Elephant Trunk Hill. Day 7


Embark on a wonderful cruise with lunch on the Li River. Guilin scenery is acclaimed as the “Best Under Heaven” and the most beautiful scenes are found along the Li River. After disembarking at Yangshuo, stroll along the West Street. Explore the rural life to the local villages and local farmer's house. Late afternoon, drive back to Guilin. (B,L)
Day 8

Guilin--Chongqing--Yangtze River

Take a morning flight to Chongqing. Upon arrival, tour guide will meet you and go to visit the Chongqing Panda Zoo and Stilwell Museum if time permits. After a Sichuan Flavour Dinner, your Yangtze River adventure starts as you board your ship for a fascinating adventure down the mighty Yangtze. (B,D)
Day 9

Yangtze River Cruise

Start our sail for a distance of 430 miles in all the great gorges and deep mountain valleys. Optional shore excursion in the morning to the ghost city of Fengdu, Visit the Shibaozhai in the afternoon. (B,L,D)
Day 10

Yangtze River Cruise

Sailing into the Qutang Gorges and Wu Gorge, and the river changes to wildly stirring, riffle water along with swirling bubblies. When the boat gets to the famed Shennong Stream, we change to a small boat and sail deep into the Shennong Stream. Then, we return to our cruise and continue sailing into the Xiling Gorge. (B,L,D)
Day 11

Yangtze River--Yichang--Shanghai

Excursion to the Three Gorges Dam site and pass through the 5 ship locks with lowering our boat down 412 feet The cruise ends at Yichang and you'll be transferred to airport to fly to Shanghai. Upon arrival, meet and transfer to hotel for rest. (B)
Day 12


Today, take a full day city tour to visit the People's Park and Shanghai Urban Planning Museum. After lunch, visit Yu Garden, a place of peace and comfort in the heart of bustling Shanghai. And the Bund, known as a miniature museum of international architecture with dozens of high buildings standing along the shore. Last stop is Shanghai Museum. (B,L)
Day 13

Depart Shanghai

Transfer to airport for your flight home. (B)
